Measurement and installation guide

Measure once, verify print scale, then test the wrap

01Measure the smooth bandWrap a narrow non-stretch Paper strip once, mark where it meets itself, lay it flat and measure between the marks.
02Confirm usable heightMeasure only the flat band between shoulders, grooves or raised edges.
03Verify the 50 mm controlIf the printed control is not exactly 50 mm, correct the print settings before cutting anything.
04Cut on the outside guidesThe two shaded 2.5 mm end areas form a 5 mm handling seam outside the full-revolution click scale.
05Compare factory alignmentWrap without stretching and choose the strip whose zero and full-revolution axes meet with the cleanest detent alignment.
06Use the result manuallyUse the matching preset in your Label ZIP. If a custom fit wins, enter the same signed value in the designer. This Center never applies it automatically.
